At the June 18, 2022 Intergroup meeting, a motion was passed to return the court signature process to each local meeting as of August 31, 2022.
Therefore, starting September 1, 2022, the legal outreach liaison of Intergroup will no longer be providing electronic signatures to verify meeting attendance with the [email protected] email. Each meeting will need to come up with a plan to provide a court signature to those attending your Los Angeles-based meeting. This includes all meeting formats: Zoom only, hybrid, or in-person only.
The process to have our legal outreach liaison provide signatures was intended to be a temporary solution due to COVID, not a permanent one. We will hold a Zoom class in the future explaining how to provide a digital signature on a pdf if you are not sure how to do it.
